Easy to order. Great sale prices. Paid express delivery it took 3/4days. Goods were the real deal not cheap crap (as can sometimes be the case when ordering online)
Overall very happy and would definitely order again

I ordered two extra long hoodies they arrived promptly and very well packed this is not the first time I have purchased items from Online Home shop and it certainly won't be the last

Still waiting for my cushion covers ordered on 24th January. Have emailed them via the website twice and no reply. Really disappointed as have ordered lots of great stuff from this company over the past 6 months or so and they've always been fantastic.

I have used this website multiple times. Products are reasonably priced and the quality is great.
Recently brought a pair of curtains and didn’t realise there was a mark on them until they were hung after a few hours. Sent a picture to customer services and was dealt with immediately and returned the item with a full refund or option of replacement.
Will continue to use this site for my home improvements.

I wasn’t expecting much for the price I paid but the quality has surprised me. I ordered the Teddy dressing gown, Diamond pin tuck duvet set, a bottom fitted sheet and grey pillowcases. Would definitely recommend. Delivery was also super quick

This company came highly recommended and that recommendation wasn’t wrong. Great quality at amazingly small prices. Customer service was excellent. Would definately buy from them again and would highly recommend them

I just happened to come across Online Home Shop by chance, I was looking for new white double bedding sets, I ordered a set which was only £10.00, well it’s absolutely gorgeous, soo soft great quality!! You soo wouldn’t believe it was only £10.00??? So I’ve now ordered 2 more white sets!! Very happy

Loved the website as lots of interesting items to use and easy to navigate. Oodie is excellent quality although very wide (managed to alter it on my sewing machine) - super warm Oodie. Lovely little blanket/throw - nice colours and good quality too. Overall very pleased with purchases and delivered quickly too.

I ordered 3 items.
1 set of bedding which is lovely.
The other 2 were the Teddy fleece bottom sheet. Feels lovely. The reason for the one star is because one the the sheets were faulty. It was ripped in one of the corners. I emailed the company with a photo and have no response back. Unfortunately won't be buying again from this site as they take no responsibility for faulty products. Avoid!

Bought my daughter a heated blanket. She had it for 2 days then I got an email to say the blanket was a fire safety risk. The hassle of re-packaging it and going to post it back in order to get a refund (in 14 days!!) is a joke. Should be compensated. Will never buy from you again. Putting lives at risks is disgraceful

This is the first time I have shopped with them. I checked the reviews first and they were positive. I order 2 oodies and a fitted sheet. The website was easy to use, the price of the items was good and postage and packing reasonable. Items arrived quickly and were of good quality. I will be shopping on this site. Very pleased.

Easy to order, amazing prices, arrived in a decent amount of time wasn't waiting long at all. Packaged well too, no damaged items no ripped packaging. Overall great experience and will be returning again.

Arrived earlier than expected, a small miracle considering it was sent via Royal Mail. Easy to use website, great quality weighted blankets, although smaller than expected. Ordered double, in hindsight kingsize would have been better. Bought 3 together as they were such a great price. Definitely use Online Home Shop again, only just discovered them.

I came across this online retailer while looking for reasonably priced bedding and found a really good double duvet set for £11. The only slight grumble is that I ordered it on 3 Feb and received it on 7 Feb, when it was supposed to be 48hr delivery. I know they say to expect it to be longer than that but I did order another duvet set (single) from another retailer on the same day and it arrived within 24hrs (via another courier), so I know delivery can be faster.
